I have worked with Tom on a number of projects over the last 2 years. Every project has gone smoothly and successfully. Tom looked out for my best interests and has been completely professional and efficient in all aspects of the deals. We found Tom online over a year ago. After we met him and based on his reviews we decided to hire him as our realtor. Our situation changed however and we ended up renting our property out for a year. Once we decided to sell, we reached back out to Tom and he remembered us and the property. We were out of state by this time and Tom took care of everything for us. We worked everything remotely and any little problems that arose he took care of them. All of his advice was spot on, and he made the whole process seamless and worry free. The house sold quickly and at a good price. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re selling or buying real estate, you can’t get a better agent than Tom Speaks.
