Love the convenience of the location for meeting clients and office use. Everything I need is accessible!
I have just met with Ruey W. Yu and started the application process to move in to a listed property at
312 S. Wilson St., Tempe, AZ 85281. We have just applied and been excepted for the property and we’re super excited. Shortly after acceptance Ruey started asking for $1200 for first months rent in 24 hrs and threatening to go with other applicants. At this time we still had not been sent a lease or even asked to put a deposit down for the property. Issues started to arise and the messages were not professional once so ever. When I called this morning and spoke with Ruey of my concerns she cut it short and said she would re-send the terms of agreement which even stated first months rent would be due once lease was signed. To top it all of when we initially met to view the property we told Ruey we were looking to move in the 1st of October and she said that’s perfect but before we pulled out we received a call stating they thought we wanted to move In TODAY ?!?!? Completely unprofessional on every level. I have never written a bad review in my life until now.
I would be reluctant to use this company, they and their associates are unprofessional, look no further than Karen.
Don’t use Alin, he’s a nightmare.
