Bryan Deboda is amazing! He first helped us as first time homebuyers 2 years ago. We were a bit nervous and unsure what to expect but Bryan really made the process easy on us. Great communication through it all. We couldn’t be happier with all his hard work so now that we are in the market to purchase another home there was no questions on who to call. Bryan and his team are phenomenal. They really take the time to listen and focus on your needs when looking to sell or buy a home. Ive never had a realestate agent before take the steps or look out for the my interest first like the Phoenix Real Edtate Group does.
Bryan Deboda helped us get our first home. He explained everything we needed to know as first time home buyers which made the process easier for us. He was always available when we wanted to look at houses even late at night since we both worked during the day. Any messages (email, text, voicemail) were answered right away. He was with us every step of the way from filling up applications, letting us know what additional documentation we needed to turn it, giving us great information about the neighborhood we wanted to stay in, home inspections. He was still helping us even after we got our key to the house. He knows a lot of people for renovating your home, he recommended a guy to us that did our floors and we got a really good deal. He keeps in touch until today and we’ve had our home for 4 years now. Loved the experience and will go back when we are ready to sell and upgrade to a bigger home.
This guys where great in helping me sell my home and also purchasing my new home. They got my place sold for top dollar and in only two days!! Highly recommend!
Bryan and his teammates are absolutely amazing! Bryan listens to your needs/preferences and at the same time he’s mindful of what our budget was when we were in the process of house shopping. You can tell him and his teamwork collaborate together very well to meet your expectations. Super professional, friendly and always make themselves available with a positive attitude whether you call, email, text them if you have any questions/concerns.
