Horrible company. Contact only if you want to become spam bait.
This company left flyers at/on my front door. When i contacted them the representative just wanted my social security number to look up my credit. Didnt even ask me what i was looking for . He then told me he would contact me in a day or two . Still waiting. After numerous (10) attempts to reach out to recieve answers i still have two things to show for. 1) a lack of dedication to new customers like me, 2) a hard inquiry on my credit report with nothing to show for .**** STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.**** THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK TO MAKE SURE VETERANS AND CIVILIANS GET THE HOMES THEY NEED AND DESERVE.
I spoke with the OWNER Eric this morning, and when he jumped into asking me for information I became suspect due to reading these reviews. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t care about customer reviews and he’s been in business for 30 years.. too bad he didn’t pick up any customer service soft skills in the process. Needless to say, I will be taking my great credit score and 20% DP to someone who values my business and isn’t so condescending.
I have worked with this company for almost 20 years. Eric has helped hundreds of renters who could not even dream of owning a home make it a reality. He is direct and to the point, he asks the questions that need to be asked and gathers the information necessary to make buying a home a reality for many who did not think it was possible. I recommed him and his company wholeheartedly if you are looking to buy a home, especially if you are a first time homebuyer.
I’ve worked with this company for 20 years and watched them turn renters into homeowners over and over. Teaching someone how to invest in themselves and build equity is priceless.
