  1. Mike was awesome to work with with a wonderful personality that made it easy to work with. He managed to reduce my stress level of selling a home. He always kept me informed and would always returned my call immediately. He was also very quick in giving me the results on the showing I had. He is truly easy to work with, well informed as we breezed through the closing. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

  2. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael D’Elena.
    My wife and I sold and bought a house through Michael in Mesa Arizona.
    I am naturally a very anxious person and have had very bad luck with real estate in the past. Anytime I would start to feel this way I would bug Michael (sorry). He was always very patient, understanding, and able to put things in perspective for me; which helped take away that anxiety. This type of service goes a LONG way, and let me tell you, not only was he (and his team) excellent at the customer service aspect, but a true rock star during both sides of our transaction!!! When he was unavailable his team members were a huge asset! Both Michelle and Katie were ALWAYS there to answer our questions and always up to date on our current situation. Michelle would check in frequently to see if we needed anything or be there if we had burning questions and was always quick to get us what we needed, this was especially helpful during these crazy pandemic times! All in all our experience was, well, superb. When it comes time for my family and I to look again, Michael and his team are definitely going to be our go to!

  3. We sold our home on the east coast in early April 2020, with the intention of relocating to Arizona, just as the country was shutting down due to Covid-19. Travelling by plane across country to look for a new home was out of the question. My husband and I had a very limited understanding of the East Valley, so it was imperative that we worked with a realtor who could help us navigate the home buying process to find the right property virtually. Mike D’Elena and his team at North & Co came through for us in every way, and they made buying our new home, without us ever physically walking through it, a great experience!
    Mike negotiated a fair price on our behalf and he reviewed the home inspection thoroughly, identifying the key repairs that needed to be addressed. He also put us in touch with Glen Reilly at Bell Bank, who processed our mortgage application in record time, as well as a terrific handyman who could help us with updates after we moved in. Anything we needed, Mike had the answer.
    Katie patiently walked us through every square inch of the properties and neighborhoods that we toured virtually, pointing out anything of merit or concern with her Eagle Eyes (!), and we couldn’t have made this big decision without her. She is absolutely delightful and the consummate professional!
    Michelle kept us updated weekly, and she was always so kind and upbeat! She spoke to me personally about the local schools, which was a top priority for us, and provided me with countless other recommendations from churches to gardeners and pool maintenance. She was my touchstone throughout this process, and kept us on track!
    The entire team is detail oriented and always responsive; no question was ever too small, no matter what time of day. They work quickly and efficiently. LOOK NO FURTHER – THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!!

  4. Michael D’Elena and his team are absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust with a team that goes above and beyond every single day, then this is exactly who you should look at!

    We began looking for a house at the start of the new year and took months to find one that we loved. Mike and Katie spent days showing us homes that we thought we would like, then began to narrow their focus after getting to know what small details we were looking for. They took the time to show anything we wanted to look at while we figured out what elements of each home we liked.

    After finding our home in Mesa, AZ, they walked us through every single step along the way and made the buying process incredibly simple! Michelle kept us in the loop with weekly emails to make sure no steps were missed. We had all emails and phone calls answered in almost no time at all and never once had an instance where we were anything but thrilled with the entire team.

    Buying a home can be a daunting process if you are a first time buyer…Mike, Katie and Michelle made the process as simple as possible for us. Whether it’s your first “starter home” or you’re looking for a multi-million dollar mansion, you would be hard pressed to find a group of people who go out of their way for you more than this crew. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work…and will absolutely be going to them in the future for any home buying/selling needs!

  5. Mike D’Elena was wonderful to work with. This was our first time buying a home so there was alot we did not know. He was very knowledgeable and brought things up before we even knew to ask. His team is very easy to work with and you can tell they like what they do. I would recommend Mike to anyone buying in the greater Phoenix area. We purchased a home is the Queen Creek/San Tan area and we love it.
