So far so good! Weve only been with AZ Gold for a few months, but the service within that time has been great.
The most notable would be the speed of maintenance requests. Within hours or 1 day our concern would be addressed and someone would be out to fix it. The carpets when we moved in werent up to par, and without question they sent someone out, free of charge, to clean them.
Mr. Dean German, I think, deserves some particular kudos for his help with our requests, thanks!
They have great properties and great staff. They are very nice and easy to work with. Prices are reasonable and applications are pretty basic. If your looking for a rental , check with them 1st before looking elsewhere, Very great rental company. They stay on top of maintenance requests and any other concerns or questions you may have. Thanks Marty, Dean and Debbie you guys are awesome !!
Things are off to a great start! Debbie and Marty are courteous, flexible and professional and personable which is nice. House was virtually spotless upon move in. Already feeling at home.
Arizona Gold Realty has been amazing. I have been renting with them for three years, and have always been treated with warmth and professionalism. I greatly appreciate the quick and efficient response that I receive whenever I need anything! I constantly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home, and if I ever move I will be sure to choose my next home from their list of properties!
I’ll try not to make this too long…I’ve had experience with AZ Gold as a small business owner (Appliance Repair) and as a tenant, and my ex- in laws listed their property with them…at any rate, they are THE most professional Property Management team (I interacted with Debbie, Marty & Dean) I have ever had the pleasure of working with, in ALL capacities. They are highly organized, very responsive, communicative, helpful, transparent, honest and kind. I recently moved out of one of their properties that I rented for 2 years and I was terrified what the move/out security deposit situation was going to be -y’all renters know what I’m talking about – it was painless, prompt, easy and the ensuing security deposit disposition was clear and descriptive,. Anyway, I would highly recommend this team. If I have the opportunity to rent a house again, or list a house under their management. I would do it again, no second thoughts.
