I have used Jennifer Row as my personal Loan Officer and also in my Real Estate business. On a personal note I just finished my refi last week, she made it so quick and easy. I never have to worry about what is going on because the communication is on a daily base. She has always kept an eye on my interest rate and when rates changed and she could save me a lot of money she called me right away.
As for my Real Estate business, she makes herself available for my clients anytime. When they talk to her they feel comfortable and confident that she is working on their behalf. Jennifer makes it easy for them to understand mortgage loans and the entire home buying loan process.
It is a pleasure to work with Jennifer and if I had a choice in business everyone would use Jennifer for their home loans.
The Row team is amazing! They are professional, honest and go out for their way to show they genuinely care about their clients as people.
