Michael was always there to help us and give us advice. He made it easy to contact him, whether it was email, phone, or even text with quick updates on the process of purchasing our home. Him and his team were very up-to-date on making sure that we had all the correct and current documentation to make the process smooth. Not only did they help us close on the date that was originally discussed, but even close a few days earlier (since our original closing date was a Holiday)! Highly recommend!!
Rachelle was phenomenal! She jumped in with both feet and made it happen for us when we had all but lost hope our home buying experience was over. Homeowners Financial is amazing and so is Lowell Lilley. We have done over 10 loans through them and I can say that they all have been great! Lowell is always there to answer any and all questions that we’ve had, which are a lot. He always keeps us updated with every process in the transaction and that is something that is so nice. We like to be on top of everything but Lowell is one step ahead of us, always.
