Great site full of REO type properties throughout the U.S. Pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, short sale and more!
Seems a like a scam to me…. I gave a full price offer on a home they had listed through MLS that was in my area. They said I had to bid on it so I did and I finally gave up after the bidding went too high. Then I read some more fine print and find out that THEY can bid on the home against you and they don’t even buy it but just to drive the price up.
Excellent site and you have someone to help you if in need. Just know that you are not alone makes such a BIG difference. Excellent customer service and very very polite and professional. Try Xome and you will be very glad you did. Lot of inventry as well.
