  1. I stopped by to look at the subdivision that was being built. The place was not open but there was a sign that encouraged people to take a look at the Demo model. While the demo looked good the construction was lacking in several key areas. 1st the wood product being used manufactured by LP warrants it for 50 years as long as construction standards are met. They are not being met here. The nails need to be caulked and are not the ends need to be caulked and are not. If one is to look at the porch ceiling on the demo you can see that there is warping going on and this is due to not enough blocking between the framing. There is no telling what else is wrong with these built for profit buildings. Buyer Beware

  2. My family just got the keys to our new place! We were so pleased with the entire process. Rick was great to work with and was never pushy. Brennon from Blue Moon Contracting had great communication throughout the entire build. The place looks amazing and wow what great views! This is a vacation home community and cant wait to enjoy and also share this amazing home in the mountains with others!!
