Looking for a place to live isn’t easy as we all know. I have to say this company didn’t make it any easier for me. The answers I got in reference to their properties were very rude and short simple one line answers like no and the property is already taken. With no help with maybe a different property they had or suggestion. I feel like I was profiled because of the information that I gave up on the request of the property. I wouldn’t guys doing business with somebody else who is more customer service oriented. If they’re not willing to help a new tenant how do you think they treat their existing ones .
Terrible property manager. House is not maintained. Most requests for repairs are ignored. If they do respond its to accuse tenant of damaging property. It couldn’t possibly be the 30 year old fixtures and deferred maintenance. My husband and I have done far more repairs, at our own expense, than the landlord. Run, don’t walk, away from any property managed by this company.
We have been renting one of their properties for a yer and a half. We have had a good experience. There were some repairs that needed to be done when we moved in, but when we asked they sent someone out and took care of everything. They have been nice and easy to work with.
I have been in a home managed by Weller Realty for 2 years now. Problems with the home have happened. They have always been very prompt in taking care of the issues. The only time it was not extremely prompt was over s 3 day weekend.
