Patrick worked with us on an initial refinance that was the best of the competition but we decided not to go with it, until a month later it became evident that we’d need a much larger cash out refi. We respected his work so much from the first time that we went back to him and he got us the deal we needed. Very reasonable. Very competitive rates. And he’s just the most responsive individual you’ll find in the business, and he’s willing to get you the best deal possible. That’s essential, but he’s also very enjoyable to work with.

It was amazing to work with Watermark home loans, the whole team was very prompt and responsive. The process was relatively quick and stress free.
