2. Corissa is fabulous. This was the first time my husband and I buy a house. With Corissa as our buyer’s representative, even we have zero experience, everything went smoothly.

   She responded to our texts quickly and got on with communicate with seller fast and detailed. She asks questions right on the point and thoroughly. Even seller’s representative of both of the house we saw said ” oh~~~ she’s good!”. Corissa knows a lot about new constructions(The house we bought is a new construction.).  As a new buyer we have lots of questions and sometimes feel nervous about the whole thing. Corissa has fully guide us in the whole process and make us feel reassured. When facing conflict situation, like we encountered some delay related to gas and unfinished repairs during the process, Corissa handled everything beautifully.

   Moreover, the people Corissa introduced have same characteristic as her. Professional, knowledgeable and nice. (Scott home inspection and Geovanna as loan consultant)

   My husband and I are grateful to meet all three of them. I’m surprised that it went so smoothly regardless it’s our first time. We definitely can’t do it without them. Thank you very much 🙂

   All in all, Corissa is amazing to work with!!! She’s knowledgeable, caring, responsive,…etc, she has the whole package!!!! I highly recommend Corissa.

3. If I could give Corissa ten stars, I would!

   I was a home buyer from out of state and interested in buying a new home construction. I’d never been through this process, was completely new to the Tucson area, and couldn’t get out to Arizona for some time.

   I was looking for a realtor who could represent my best interests while my family planned our move. Luckily, I found Corissa here on Yelp and I couldn’t be happier.

   Corissa acted as my eyes and ears on the ground as our home was constructed, attending construction and studio appointments either by my side or, while I was out of state, using Facetime or phone.

   Throughout the process, she gave me great advice, and also complete peace of mind. She went to bat for me at every turn, was able to get me some concessions I don’t think other realtors would’ve been able to get, and also got me in touch with high quality professionals (inspectors, handymen, etc) that made the process trouble-free and improved the quality of our home.

   I appreciated Corissa’s candid style and the amount of knowledge she imparted but what was truly priceless was her ability to bring calm to every situation. The service she offered while I was out of state and in state was seamless. And, she always picked up her phone or responded to texts and voicemails promptly.

   One extra unexpected bonus was that, upon arriving to Tucson, hearing what OTHERS had to say about her. Whether I was meeting the homebuilder, the inspectors, or a superintendent the feedback from every direction was that “Corissa is the best”, “If I had to buy a house, she’s the agent I’d pick”, or even just an awed “She’s good!” She has a strong reputation and an enormous amount of respect by others in the industry.

   Buying a house is a challenge at the best of times and buying from out of state when COVID-19 hits is even more so but Corissa made the experience so much easier.

   I LOVED working with Corissa and couldn’t have had a better agent on my side. Thank you!
