I purchased my first home with Tony Baker. The entire experience was wonderful. He treated me like royalty and made sure I received the best deal possible. Years after I am now working with Tony servicing his heating and cooling needs for realty transactions. Once again the entire experience has been wonderful. He has sold a home for my parents and now is selling my grand mothers home. He gave them wonderful suggestions on how to make the properties more sell-able and also helped with every aspect of the bid process and scheduling the contractors. In a poor market in a not so sought after area of town, Tony sold my parents home in less than a week. WOW! If you want a man who knows both his business and our town, call Tony Ray and his awesome team!
No one knows Tucson lofts like Tony Ray. From Ice House Lofts to Dos Pedros, Tony Ray knows every loft project. Including lofts near downtown Tucson that most have never even heard of. His knowledge and experience is evident the minute you talk to him. And he’s totally cool and easy going, so call him if you want any info about lofts.
Tony Ray and Darren made buying a house in Tucson a fun, exciting experience – not an easy feat in the middle of the summer heat. He was caring, thoughtful, easygoing, and funny. He patiently explained concepts I didn’t understand. When looking at houses, he pointed out important details that never would have occurred to me. Tony Ray accompanied me through every step of my home-buying process. Right before closing, he demanded that the sellers fix a repair they had gotten messed up. (I never would have noticed the mistake). He goes above and beyond his duties, and he takes pride in helping you find the best home for you. Needless to say, I highly recommend Tony Ray and Darren to be your Realtors.
As first time home owners I’m positive that my husband and I had way too many questions about every inch of this process, but Tony Ray and Darren were right there for us. Literally any time we texted or called the second we had any questions they always responded right away. Just being so available made us feel secure and comfortable.
We also really appreciated that they showed us all kinds of homes in many different areas and made sure that we nailed down exactly what we wanted instead of jumping at the first house that seemed decent. We were extremely eager to find a place since I was super pregnant, but they were up for the challenge and raced around town with us! They didn’t stop until our search results were narrowed down and we began to key in on exactly what we wanted. Ultimately we found the house of our dreams!
A few issues came up- our house should have been treated for termites but in the chaos it wasn’t taken care of. Tony Ray and Darren caught this mistake and made sure we were all set. Also, a few weeks after we moved in, our AC unit broke. .. in Tucson in the middle of summer and I was about to have a baby!! Not good!! These guys jumped on it and within a timely manner they helped us work with our home warrantee company. Thankfully we had it back up and running very soon.
Can’t say enough good about these guys and we consider them as friends. I would recommend them to anyone.
