2. A few years back Susan Slenk listed our home in Mesa and with smooth and fair negotiations we had a signed offer to purchase within two days! Susan sent us listings via ARMLS PORTAL and showed us homes we chose to preview. We saw several but soon found the perfect affordable home in far east Mesa, which we absolutely loved. When our offer was accepted we were able to close in 3 weeks time simultaneously on both properties which went like clockwork. Thank you Susan for traveling back and forth from Payson to Mesa and for all your diligence and hard work!
   Disclosure: I was a Licensed Realtor working in the Payson area for several years and have worked with Susan, which was a pleasure. She is a good friend as well! When my life changed dramatically, I eventually moved back to Mesa to be closer to my kids and grand kids and chose to no longer actively work as a Realtor for about 6+ years. 3. When my closing was delayed for several days due to a clerical mistake by seller’s lender, Susan Slenk and Kristin Croak of ERA-Young in Payson smoothed things over so that I did not have to endure more time in a motel and additional moving expenses.

   For that, and all their work to help me find the right house, I highly recommend ERA-Young Realtors, and will use them again for my next move.
