3. Steven was an amazing partner in our first house hunting and purchasing experience. We were moving all the way across the country to Arizona and due to COVID weren’t able to actually come see any of the homes before purchasing.
   We also were first time homebuyers… so a lot of hand holding was required on his part. Steven was really easy to get a hold of and super responsive to texts/calls/emails, always happy to go look at new homes when they popped up, and when we found “the one”— he went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident with our decision.
   I honestly don’t think this process would have worked with any other realtor except Steven.
   He happily walked through the home and opened every single door and cabinet. Stood in the shower for me to make sure the showerhead wasn’t going to be too short and he did all the things I would’ve wanted to do if I had the ability to actually be looking at the house myself.
   Since we are new to town— Steven also took the time to find metal workers, painters, and other local businesses to help do minor improvements on the home after moving in.
   We are very grateful to have met Steven and had the ability to work with him. We look forward to working with him again in the future.
