1. We placed our property in Huachuca City with Edwin at Long Realty in May 2018 for property management. From the beginning they have taken marvelous care of our home. The Maintenance Team has been professional, efficient and very responsive. Long Realty has handled all of the details and kept me informed through every phase. They found us high quality tenants lightning fast. Top notch! I highly recommend using their property management services!

2. SMS Property is no longer allowed to represent themselves as my property manager. Connie, on behalf of SMS resigned on 4 Jan 2020 and has been released. The house is occupied, but SMS has failed to release funds and relevant documents needed for management of the home to the property owner- despite multiple documented requests. I cannot recommend this company.

3. I own several properties in Sierra Vista and I have had different property managers over the past 10 years. I have had such an great experience with Connie and Long SMS Property Management. They are on every detail with every aspect of my properties. I would recommend them 100%.

4. Awesome job to all of our vendors who have done an excellent job with repairs on our rental homes thru the Covid-19. We appreciate all that you do! And a thumbs up to all of our tenants who were patient and understanding during this time. We are all in this together!

5. I would give more stars if I could. I have been with SMS Property Mgt for 7 years and my house has always been rented to a quality tenant. They do an excellent job with maintenance and keeping my house in excellent condition. If you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing give them a call. You won’t be sorry.
