2. I have worked with my Realestate agents over the years and few are as good as Sam. He is a closer. He knows how to sell your house if you need it sold and he definitely knows how to get a great house if you are in the market for one. He is no bull and will not waste your time and that is my kind. He is direct to the point, and will give you an honest opinion about how much a property is worth (makes selling and buying less of a headache). I would use and I will use him over and over again.

4. As a first time homebuyer I had no clue where to start or about the whole process. Sam was very helpful with the whole process explaining everything. He knew and understood my situation as a single parent and helped me find the best home for my family. He wasn’t just trying to sell me any house just to get a sale from me.
