It took Dmitri less than two months from the day I called him to list our Scottsdale home to having keys in hand for the next place! Dmitri is a complete professional, who is an expert at handling all of the nuances of selling and buying a home. He will ensure you understand each step of the process and provide you with honest advice. After having gone through the buying and selling process for several homes, I can honestly say Dmitri is by far one of the best realitors in the Valley. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
I had a great experience working with Dmitri buying my new home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything I was signing. It took me a couple of months to find my “perfect” home and he was very patient during the process .
Dmitri was very on top of everything. When it came time to close he followed up on several items that were delaying the close that normally would be have been handled by the seller’s agent. He also made sure that the title company had the correct closing disclosures and that I received the correct refund.
Now that I have been in my home a couple of months, Dmitri has followed up with me making sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!

I felt very comfortable since the day I met with Ryan to talk about my plans of buying a house. He payed full attention to what I looked for in a home! Apart from looking around the corners with his insight of home buying, he also kept up with the property liens/titles and also gave very practical advice on what to expect and look forward to. We came in contact with Dmitri through Teslapads, a website to help Tesla and Electric Vehicle (EV) owners sell their properties to buyers interested in homes already equipped for EV and Hybrid vehicles. Our home comes prewired for EV and has solar panels. The Coronavirus hit while we were selling but Dmitri arranged many showings and he did a great job in showcasing the EV story that our home was trying to tell. He found us help to prepare the house for sale, including finding a terrific photographer to really spotlight the property. Also, he helped us repair any incidental items that the buyer discovered during their walk through. The process was transparent and professional and, in spite of some challenges, ultimately successful. We have been very happy with all the hard work done by Dmitri and his team and would recommend his services to anyone, whether they’re an EV ready home or not.
