Brandon just closed on the sale of my house in San Tan Valley, AZ. Because of age and health issues I had not been there for some time. Over the summer there was some damage to the property due to a severe storm. Brandon arranged for people to repair damage to several areas, always keeping me informed, sending estimates and getting my input as to what and how I wanted things taken care of.
He was always professional and informative about procedures and did more than any realtor I have had dealings with I the past. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to represent and advise them in any real estate transactions.
Brandon Switzer went above and beyond anything we ever expected and needed! He was a shark and got us exactly what we wanted!! EXTEREMLY knowledgable!! Brandon was able to answer every single question I had in great detail and spent more time then he had to in making sure that I felt comfortable and confident in everything that was happening in the process! He was on call at all hours to help! I would highly recommend using him!!! We just moved from another state and non of our other agents where we lived before worked as hard as he did/ knew his job and market the way Brandon did, nor did they go above and beyond the way he did!! Brandon even helped us unpack our moving truck when he brought the keys down!!! If we ever decided to move again there is absolutely no other agent we would use besides Brandon!!
Throughout our journey to finding our dream home, Brandon was always by our side or just a phone call away and there were many. I never imagined meeting such a patient and caring individual; He was there through the entire process, even with the first offer we did and didn’t get, he never let our hopes go down on finding a prefect home! Thank you for helping my family find our ranch.. I definitely will recommend to family and friends.. Brandon even got us Oreo the pony on the deal of our home.

Brandon helped us in our search for a house in Mesa, that had all the elements that were important to me. He spent countless hours going through listings and showing me houses whenever I flew to the area, even though we had yet to sell our farm in Illinois. I believe this was about a two year period! When we finally sold our farm, we ended up buying a house based on a video that Brandon made for us, as I was stuck back in Illinois…that’s how much trust I had in him. Brandon gave us good advice when it came time to make an offer and guided us through the whole closing process. This was a difficult move for us and I can’t imagine doing it without the patience, knowledge, and guidance of Brandon. We highly recommend Brandon Switzer!
