1. Faith Real Estate helped me get my home ready to sell. They offered a list of vendors and I interviewed several. The pricing I received was very inexpensive compared to the vendors I found. My home sold quickly and for a pretty great price. Thank you Gavin and Joanie

2. Moved to Valley found a place fast the application process was easy and when the VA refused to sign the documents showing that I in fact needed a service animal (the VA signed the paper work for my Flagstaff apy) they contacted the home owner and waived the no dogs besides service animals. Jenny is amazing and glad we found them.

3. It took them 5 days to respond about a broken refrigerator, and they charged us $72 for a replacement lightbulb after being a tenant for 3 years.

   One time, I went into the office to drop off my check and the person in the office was wearing her pajamas.

   The maintenance guy returned my text about a move out inspection 3 days later at 4:00 a.m.

   I would never recommend Faith Real Estate, and I feel as though they are taking advantage of their property owners by providing subpar management.

4. Save yourself some time and money, go somewhere else.

   They flat out stole our security deposits, citing things that we initially called out on the move in report, 4 years prior (including a window pane that we had demanded be fixed before move in, that the owner had simply had the second/broken pane removed so it looked normal, and paint that was approved by the owner and even thanked us for, initially). When questioned the answer was “well, the owner said it wasn’t like that, we didn’t really read your notes from move in, or look at their approval for paint”. This company is absolutely the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with.
