Bob and Danielle at New West Lending are absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a more seamless process. We were referred to them from our realtor because they work FAST. We could have closed in a week if we wanted to!
They are very helpful and take the time to find what financing is right for you.
Absolutely horrible customer service, non-responsive. Lost the earnest money deposit and the home because they couldn’t get the loan processed in time.
If I could give negative stars I would… Vanessa Torres is the absolute worst loan officer I have ever dealt with. Steer clear of this company. Non responsive, rude and incompetent. You will lose the house you are buying and your earnest money in the process.
Horrible people and they have no knowledge of underwriting or processing loans. Thier goal is to increase your blood pressure and get you heart attack. They should be audited by CFPB!!!! You can apply with some one has 1st grade school degree better than go with them so stay awaaayyyy.
