We worked with Charles for the purchase of our new home. He was always patient with us and responded quickly to all our phone calls and emails. Charles makes himself available for you and goes out of his way to help. After closing on our home we had a couple things come up and he showed the same curtesy of answering calls and being available for us to make sure we were taken care of. The whole team communicates well, is very patient and fun to work with! We would definitely recommend to family, friends and as a referral to anyone wanting to enjoy the experience of purchasing a home. Charles is very knowledgable on both ends of buying and selling and I can say from our experience you are in good hands.
We love love love charles patrick . He helped us in the past locating rentals and we just had to go back to him for our home selling and buying. Charles was outstanding during the selling process. He was on top of everything and had amazing communication. Our family enjoys having charles around. Kids even started calling him uncle charles. He has been excellent when dealing will the buying process of our new build making sire everything is getting done correctly
