Good community guard apartment I stayed in great customer service. My fiancé was opposed to hotel new renovatedz.
The very definition of slum lords. The floors are so worn out they give with each step. The AC units are old and tiny. The parking is specifically designed so every tenant can slam their car doors into each others cars. I am shocked and appalled by the living conditions of these apartments. These apartments are predators in a strong market with no intention of doing any serious upkeep. Apartments like this are why we need rent control laws in Arizona. If I owned these buildings I would have them demolished and apologize profusely.
Tried to be neutral with the stars since I do not have experience here. I have family that was looking into moving here. So am thankful to see the reviews. Going to suggest they look around a little more. Hope they didn’t sign anything yet.
Renter beware especially if you rent a 3rd floor apartment. I was told that my air conditioner is all green and working as expected even though daily the temperature reaches 91 during the evening. I have submitted work request in March that have not been completed. Do not rent here, you’ll be very disappointed.
So far so good… I just moved in…
Staff: Stephanie was very attentive and made every effort to make my move smooth and worry free. She is very friendly and helpful. There’s also a guy in the office who has a wonderful spirit as well.
Move In: I did not like the fact that I had to sign the lease prior to seeing where I was staying but that seems to be a “thing” in AZ. Foreign idea to me…
Unit: I’m a little disappointed by the size of the “den” in my unit as I was expecting larger.
Unit Issues: I’m waiting on maintenance to look at my refrigerator that is freezing my food and constantly running. They also have some condensation port over the shower which drips on my head as I take a shower which they are supposed to look at as well.
Other than the above I LOVE my unit.
Parking and Lot: My concern is the TINY parking spots and carports… I worry that someone will either hit or ding my car. It is rather difficult to find an uncovered space.
I’m in the front and thought it would be loud with the gate and traffic but it’s not bad at all.
Other than that no issues and I hope it stays that way. I will update as things progress.
