Kelly Henderson is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Her director Ashleigh is on top of every detail and she knows how to communicate and get things done. The photos, videos, showing app, MLS listings, listing content, understanding of the market, ability to negotiate are the absolute best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Momentum Real Estate group and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
My wife and I were first time home buyers and the team at Momentum Real Estate were excellent throughout our home buying process. In the beginning we didn’t know a lot about the process but Kelly, Ashleigh and Jill at Momentum were very informative and helped us understand each step. Whenever we wanted to see a house or when we put in our offer they were extremely responsive which made a huge difference in the crazy Phoenix real estate market. When we found a house we loved they instructed us on the best way to close and negotiated for us in a way that really differentiated our offer from others. They set up quick check ins twice a week helping to answer all our questions and they made sure that the seller, title company and lender were all aligned. They were very patient with us to find us our perfect home and they made a potentially arduous experience easy and fun.
Kelly, Ashleigh, Jill and the team at Momentum are the best you will find in the Valley! We have used them for both buying and selling, which can be stressful, but Momentum was always available to answer any question or concern…both big and small. They understand the Real Estate business; where the market has been and where it’s going.
One of my favorite things about this company is their ability to negotiate and the knowledge to ensure her client comes out on top…every time. For our purchase, they understood we needed to act quickly in this market. Kelly made sure we had an Offer in on a home we adored in less than eight hours and were competitive by completing market research in only a couple hours. In the end, we won and bought the home we wanted.
For our sale, they had us ready to go immediately when the home was listed. We had our first showing in less than one hour and within five days we had three bids. We closed on that home with very little headache and she even negotiated a deal where the buyers needed to rent for a few days before closing. It was unexpected, but we knew they had our back and what to expect going forward until closing.
