Love my realtor! this is the 2nd time I used Lynn and she always listens, understood my wants and needs, and took care of us very well. I will use her in the future if I ever move again. She was flexible in scheduling and utilized text/email which was my preference. GREAT SERVICE!!!!
Lynn recently assisted my wife and I in selling our home. This was an excellent experience! Not only did Lynn manage the entire process for us without question or pause, she answered all of our endless questions and calmed our concerns. We no longer lived in town so Lynn was kind enough to let contractors and housekeepers in for repairs and cleanings. She even assisted in calling those contractors and housekeepers to get quotes and schedule their visits. I would 100% recommend Lynn to assist in selling your home. We had offers before the home was ever on the market, who could ask for me!
Lynn was a pleasure to work with. She was so kind and kept me up to date with every step of the process. Lynn knew that I was feeling anxious about being a first time home buyer but she made everything so easy. I was always well informed and she was quick to respond to all my emails (and there were plenty!). I’m so glad that I worked with Lynn and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home in the area.
Lynn is excellent in every way! My wife and I are both from Arizona but live and work overseas. We wanted to buy a house in Flagstaff and found Lynn. She was amazing. She spend two summers showing us around different neighborhoods while we slowly decided what and where we wanted. She never pressured us in the least!
Working overseas we needed someone who was willing to go the extra mile. Because we weren’t local we relied on Lynn to recommend people for every aspect of the home purchase. Everyone she recommended was top notch! She handled each step like a pro and was able to keep things moving along nicely for us, even though we were literally on the other side of the world!

Around 2 1/2 years ago I started researching moving to Flagstaff. We lived in the same home in Huntington Beach, Ca for 47 years and I was thinking of retiring closer to my son and grandchildren in Az. I grew up in the East Coast going to the mountains all my life whether it was for winter skiing or summer camping. Calif happened and the beach was home for a long time. I found Lynn while looking around online for neighborhoods and homes in Flagstaff. Several realtors contacted me, but Lynn’s responsiveness sold me. I must have researched at least 60 homes. I finally retired and 2 years later moved to Flagstaff and while waiting for my HB home to sell Lynn never gave up on me after looking and looking and looking. When we finally found the right home Lynn made it so easy (much easier than selling my HB home). Phone calls and emails between the owner broker were swift and all my questions were answered. The service Lynn provided couldn’t have been any better.
