This place is amazing. I really wanted to move in there. When my family and I went to go get an application the lady asked us about our income. We told her and she said we make too much money. Craziest thing I ever heard. I honestly feel like she only told us that because we are black. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s how I feel 💯.
I love it here. The apts are big and nice inside. Price is affordable. The staff is nice and to be honest yes i waited a bit to get help but thats because the staff was busy with so many people . One thing I loved is that they acknowledged everyone and told them they would be with them in a bit. To top it off its quiet and peaceful.
This place has the best floor plans for the money and Deborah in the office is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re looking for a place, you won’t be disappointed here.
Very awesome place to live!! The office staff is always so friendly specially Deborah. She has been very helpful whenever I visit the office. Made my move in process so easy, very satisfied resident. 🙂
Do not rent here. My cousin is almost done with her 1 year contract. When she gave notice that she wouldn’t be renewing it ( 60 days in advance letter, like any other apartment requires), they asked her to fill out another application because they needed to know her income to see if she was able to live here (she is moving out, which there is no need for that). The staff threatened her that if she doesn’t sign the paperwork she will be breaking her contract. She asked for corporate office number to ask about the policies and was denied any more information about who manages this complex. Do not rent here!
