Kelly is a true professional. She did double duty by guiding my wife and I through the processes of buying one home and selling another. With Kelly’s help, we found the perfect home to buy. Then, she staged our old house beautifully and provided over 40 photos that captured the true essence of the place so it sold quickly and for full price. Throughout both buying and selling Kelly was knowledgeable and patient providing valuable advice while helping us make up our own minds. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone considering a change in home ownership.
Kelly is unbelievably good at what she does. My siblings and I sold our mother’s house in 2020, and she oversaw every detail, of which there were quite a few! Estate sale, repairs, cleaning, etc. She was super efficient and got the house on the market in just a few weeks, then priced it strategically, and it was only a couple more weeks before it sold. She made the process as painless as possible, keeping the three of us in the loop with frequent updates. She is both friendly and super professional. I’m confident no one in town could’ve done better by us than Kelly. I would recommend her to anyone, unreservedly.
