I cannot speak highly enough about Kathy. She helped us purchase our first home, and she made an overwhelming process so easy to understand. From the very first call I made to her, Kathy worked diligently at making sure our needs were met. She went to bat for us and got us credits we may not have otherwise. She was always available, and it truly felt like a friend was helping us. I am so glad we were referred to Kathy. She’s definitely the only person I’ll ever recommend!

Kathy has stellar communication throughout the whole process and keeps you up to date and informed throughout everything! Questions oh yea she has the answers and then some! Kathy is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, easy to deal with, and professionally persistent when dealing with the banks and underwriters. She, for example, seamlessly closed our Phoenix-based refinance while we were in Wichita by setting up a local notary. I highly recommend Kathy. Our family will be using her in the future and some of our friends and family have already used her services as well. A solid operator.
