2. An absolutely wonderful home-buying experience. Not only did Joseph listen to our needs, he totally exceeded our expectations of finding the home of our dreams in a great family orientated area and best of all at a great price. He negotiated with the seller and fought for us to get all of our demands met in a timely fashion. He also hooked us up with a mortgage broker to make it a seamless process. He took care of it all.
