Great place to work. Agents get a lot of support from Managing Broker Shelly Farley and Broker Bill Ryan. Very open atmosphere. Everyone is very supportive including other agents, office personnel, Brokers and vendors. You will be successful if you take advantage of all that RE/MAX Infinity has to offer!
Worst experience ever. How can you possibly enjoy working there when every conversation begins with “sorry but”. Or “we’ll contact the owner and let you Know”. Seriously?
My AC went down in early August and I called to report it right away, 110 outside. No response, finally 4 days later someone comes out 8 hours later than quoted, had to call myself again, second appointment, person comes out, says the coils are frozen over and had to come back. No call or follow up at all, meanwhile ceiling in hallway is leaking now and becoming much worse. I call again, make an appointment, (btw, all calls are to a company in Florida, name to follow – poor customer service and follow up too), person comes out and says he doesn’t have the right part, has to order it. Few days, no call from agent, RE/MAX could care less, (called them multiple times to no avail nor response), call and have to make my own appointment Again, now two weeks. Still 110 out. 3rd visit, was told they ordered the wrong part and have to re-order. Still no response, ceiling collapsed, no follow up, massive leak in house now. 4th visit, comes out, says just needs Freon, really…? To this day, just moved out, no support or action as well. Nothing back from Re/MAX “ all lip service”, staff is rude as can be. They are completely incompetent, simply going through the motions with ZERO follow up when there are real and potentially life threatening issues. Unbelievable. Moved out, spent $200 on a professional cleaner just to be told i won’t get my cleaning deposit back due to carpets being dirty, despite the fact that they were in horrible condition to begin with. This company is a complete scam, don’t believe anything they say or represent, they don’t care about the owner nor the tenant. I don’t think the owner has any idea how they handle their houses as there is still a hole in the ceiling. “We’ll repair it now after you leave”. And by the way, the AC is still not working correctly. As a professional, all I really wanted was a professional follow up and sense of urgency, that was all. Completely disregarded and disrespected. Better business bureau is next among other things if not resolved with tact, diplomacy and professional respect. Owner / Tenant beware

I have lived in a remax infinity rental home for two years. I did have some issues with my AC. The office staff at remax did work hard to get it fixed. It is unfortunate that they can not control the vendors they have working for them. Or even have the choice in the vendors they are able to use because of home warranty’s. Lisa and Ben have always been polite and accommodating. My current rental rate is fair considering my location and the home. The renewal increase I received last year was not a huge amount either. The renewal photos every year are not my favorite but completely understandable. Making sure the rental is not being damaged is important for the home owner! Over all I would recommend renting from the remax office located in Chandler. Thank You Lisa and Ben!
Interesting that you say that Richard Campbell, I have had a similar experience and I am asking for information pertaining to my account and getting no where! On top of that, I have a court date with them.
They can be very negligent in how they respond to maintenance issues. My wife has lived in one of their properties for about 45 days and has already had her AC break 3 times. Rather than respond quickly, they try to find ways to blame their tenants and get out of repairing their systems. Oh, and if you speak up, they will threaten you with eviction! I definitely would not recommend using them for your real estate needs. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
