Mark made our home buying experience so easy. By the end of it all we felt like family haha He helped us find the PERFECT home. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to everyone and we will be using him in the future if we ever buy/sell again.

My husband and I have known Mark Perry of HomeWise Realty for ten years. When we decided to sell our Tega Cay home in 2017, there was no question that we’d ask Mark to list it because we knew he’d work hard for us. After many open houses, private showings, and positive comments, we were received a couple of offers that were lower than we had hoped for. We were getting anxious, but Mark convinced us to hold tight because he knew our list price was on target for the market. He was right and we soon received a full price offer! In 2019, we decided to move back to the area and, once again, Mark came through for us. He knew what we were looking for and our price point. During our long-distance search, Mark kept in touch, sending potential listings for our consideration. Once we were in town to look at homes, it took only a couple of days to find a perfect fit! We don’t expect to move again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll call Mark Perry! He’s simply the best and better than all the rest!
