Heather managed my rental property for quite some time. I observed her first hand when she dealt with a unreasonable tenant immediately preventing a situation from becoming a problem. I was deeply impressed with how she masterfully deescalated the situation. Moreover, when it came time to sell the home I did’t need to lift a finger. Educating me along the way and ensuring all parties did their jobs and stayed on schedule I was able to sell the home and cash a check within a month. The former British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher earned the nickname, the Iron Lady. I am here to tell you that if you want peace of mind and have someone to look after your best interest then you need to hire an “Iron Lady” like Heather.
Heather was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We felt overwhelmed with so many decisions to make. Heather broke things down and made them simpler. She picked out a color scheme for new paint and carpet and ran with it. I was really busy getting my new home set up. I trusted Heather to get the job done. She had multiple offers in the first 24 hours of listing and the house closed in less than 2 months from start to finish.
