Due t the pandemic, I was unable to fly to Arizona and find a condo as a second home, I contacted Russ Fortuno, and he was so very valuable in sending property to review which met my criteria and in the area i was looking. Once I made an offer which was accepted, Russ found a company to inspect the property, went on the inspection in my stead and went over the entire report with me. Once the offer was accepted, Russ assisted me with all the details of closing. I found Russ to be very knowledgeable about the area and the properties for sale. He is bright, articulate, professional and kind. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy in Green Valley, Arizona….Sue Elliott
I was able to see Russ in action when he helped my aunt and uncle buy a house here in Green Valley. He is very knowledgeable about this area and the home buying process. He went above and beyond in many ways: showing lots of houses, pointing out pros and cons of each house, helping decide on an offering price and recommending a good loan agent. Russ Fortuno is the best! We live in Eastern Washington and wanted to buy a vacation property in Green Valley AZ. We were apprehensive about buying or even putting an offer on a home without physically seeing the property. Russ made the process easy. Russ sent us walk through videos of every property we had interest in, highlighting both the positives and negatives of each property. By the time we physically saw the property we purchased, we felt like we had been there a number of times. Russ was by our sides throughout the buying process.
