1. I have been renting from them for over a year. I have in the past three months asked them to correct problems with this property. They have ignored me entirely.
   Based on this I have retained my corporate attorney to go after them. We are due to move at the end of our Lease in 2020 and have a feeling they will do anything they can to hold the deposit.
   I have a lot of documentation of how they ignored my problems with this property. If you own a property and are thinking of using them…. think twice. They don’t care about the tenant and don’t care about customer service!!!!

2. We’ve rented a property for over a year now, and haven’t had any issues. The house is great, Jin is super helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly (we had the A/C repaired within 2 hours when it went out). Definitely recommend.

3. We have rented from this company for almost 6 years. I have never had an issue with them. Jin has always responded in a timely manner and any problem has been taken care of quickly. A very good experience.

5. My family has rented from Gold Trust for years and have never had a problem.The staff have always been professional and accommodating in my opinion.
