This company rates down with B and B and John Williams they are slumlords they use tactics that are illegal they don’t fix anything and the late fees are more than the rent Leo is a Piece of work — actually another 4 letter word but whatever horrible people oh and I’m not a disgruntled Tennant I’ve honestly never rented from them but I know someone who has I’ve met them while looking for a place to rent they invited me to their house I saw the condition of it found out that they were renting and found out who it was from and that’s all I need to know so I’m a unbiased party in all this but have seen first hand the stuff that they rent so I would never rent from them they need to be shut down with John Williams and B&B property rental put an end to slumlords in Sierra Vista
