  1. We just sold our home through Fusco Realty, and this was the most stress free, professional experience, ever. Our realtors name is Pat Branham. Pat is knowledgeable, pleasant and always kept us well informed. She has a talent for detail, always looking out for our best interest. Our home sold the first day on the market, with multiple offers, and it sold for more than the asking price. We highly recommend Fusco realty, and we would certainly call them again.

  2. Within this past year I had the pleasure of having Patty as my fantastic realtor selling and purchasing 3 times. We had a home in Suncity and she took the time and went above and beyond to help sell that home because she new I was so busy.. I Did not have the free time to run over there every time I needed to but she did! Patty, I cannot thank you enough for all you did to help sell that home!
    I want you to know…Not alone are you a great agent but it has been truly a blessing to get to become your friend!!
