Very Helpful
Disappointing.
My experience was spoiled due to the fact that Terri shared
private information with my friends and neighbors. Her
response was ” You should have told me not to share your
business with others.” REALLY????????????????????????
One of their realtors acts very unprofessional. I never signed a contract and he kept on leaving messages, emails, calls and even visits to my personal residence. Jeremiah was told numerous times I am not interested in his services. He had information that he couldn’t have retained legally or he just lied.
Working with Brian as a first time home buyer from out of state was extremely comforting. He was constantly available by phone and text, he actually helped through TWO negotiations (the first house’s inspection came back rather poorly and Brian encouraged us to keep looking even though this wasn’t in his financial best interest). Brian works with a critical eye to identify weak points of a house—he never pressures on making you like something and tries very hard to understand exactly what you’re looking for. He refined his search for our house, helped us schedule inspections, and brought a house warming gift the day after we moved in. He’s a stellar guy, I can’t emphasize how positive our experience with him was. Thanks, Brian.
Working with Brian was an awesome experience. I bought 5 town homes using his service. Brian sets the standard for what all realtors should stand for. Very few realtors met this level. Brian is the exception. He is ethical, professional, and straight forward.
