My mom has been with Carrie for years. She was transferred to Steve Miller when the agency split due to Ginny’s retirement. That was a trainwreck, but Farmers made it easy for mom to get back to the agency that has always treated her with such kindness. Carrie is truly an amazing, hard working agent that goes above and beyond for her people. She always has your best interest at heart.
We were going camping and our tow vehicle broke down on the interstate. We called our agent to verify that we had Towing and roadside assistance. We did and the agent put us in touch with the correct people to get our vehicle towed. We were back home within several hours of our breakdown. We were very happy with our service from Farmers Insurance.
I have been with Farmers for nearly 40 years and have worked with Carrie for many of those years she and her staff are always friendly, professional, and always there to help. The few claims we have had have been handled quickly with no problems. A great group to work with.
