This subdivision is centrally located and new homes are still being built
by Fairfield. It is close to shopping and one of the Green Valley Recreation Centers that offers swimming, exercise equipment and social activities.
New home
Attempted to work with “Cole” VP of sales on a spec home purchase. He wasted allot of my time. Inexperience showed. His father attempted to cover for his sons inability to perform his job and was not professional. Very poor communication skills and felt like we were getting strung along. Did not return calls in a timely manner. I would not recommend them . Too big for their own good and yours.
