I’ve known Jeff and Jessica Ell on a professional basis for years through our involvement in professional real estate organizations. My business focuses on commercial real estate. I hired the Ell Group to sell an investment house on my behalf. I have very high expectations for every facet of establishing, negotiating, and closing a transaction. Their team did an exceptional job assisting in establishing a sales price, producing beautiful marketing materials and hitting multiple marketing platforms (including conducting open houses), vetting offers, and providing sound negotiating recommendations.
