They did what they said they were going to do! Every step of the way, from quality photographs to online and mailbox advertising, from staging the house to advising on the sales negotiations – Liz and team never made a promise that they didn’t over-deliver on.
Their response time is fantastic. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly. In person meetings are timely. Even little things like electronic signatures on all paperwork just makes the process so much easier.

One of the most unprofessional and almost “insane” experiences I have ever experienced. I reached out to her and started initial conversation about possibly selling my house. Had not met yet, no comps done yet, when I then explored remodification via mortgage company and said I no longer needed to her services thanked for her time, she decided to call and leave me a 10 MINUTE RANTING AND RAVING and screaming voice mail about how could I do this to her and so on and so on, like serious delusions ranting. Then she spent $$$$ keeping me on her silly mailing list forever LIKE I Would ever use of refer her after that most unprofessional display.
