Quiet environment. Clean park
:. Think twice before renting here and if you do rent here be sure to go through your apartment in every room and make sure everything works and is replaced… Been here five months and nothing has been fixed or replaced. Apartment #B1104
Ive been residing for about 3 years now here at the destino apartments and ive never had a bad experience until now. For the past year they have been switching manangers and everything has been unstable. They take forever to come and do repairs, but yet they want everything on tack for inspections. The manager “Mark” is very rude and unprofessional.Speaks to you in a sarcastic way and tends to laugh at tenants when an issue is being addressed. I do not recommend people moving in the Destino Apartments while this manager Mark is still in charge. I wouldnt want anyone to have such a sour experience like i did. Overall very poor service to both the tenants and apartments.
