After reading the reviews, all of them are correct. The management is UNPROFESSIONAL, they LIE, and evict people w/o probable cause.
DO NOT MOVE WHERE THEY MANAGE BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY’RE MAKING THE PLACE BETTER, BUT REALLY THEY ARE NOT GOOD.
I’m now being retaliated against for this rating and giving 30 day notice.
Apt community has been cared for and ease of communicating with the company.
I live at the 59 Ave &royaly Palm they are putting in landscaping and the BEST THING OF ALL IS THERE PUTTING THE FAKE GRASS AROUND THE POOL I USE THE OOOL SO LET ME Tell THAT IS 5STARS JUST FOR THANKS I HAVE MY EX MOTHERLAW LEAVES IN COMPLEX TOO
I DO WISH YOU ALL COULD PUT MORE HANDCAP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF COMPLEX BY APTS 2THRU 25. OR JUST PAINT THOSE RED PARKING ONES WHITE SO WE CAN PARK THERE SOME APTS HAVE SEVERAL CARS UNDER PARKing for just one apt
