Very peaceful community coming up in the lap of mother nature
We love the location and lifestyle choices.
We recently made the decision to move from the east coast to the warm southwest or Arizona. We choose Del Webb at Dove Mountain because of its beautiful location and wonderful community atmosphere and amenities. We enjoyed being part of the build process and had a wonderful construction manager who kept us involved throughout. The quality of the home is very good and we loved the ability to select so many of the interior finishes. A very professional organization from the sales office to the construction manager. Very pleased with our decision to select Del Webb at Dove Mountain.
Our salesperson Randy Carlson was extremely helpful. We made very good option decisions with his guidance. During and after the sales process he was extremely responsive. Brittany at the design center was equally helpful and professional. She worked well with us and kept us within budget. The home is beautiful. And lastly, Corey Edwards our field manager was outstanding. This is our 8th new home purchase in the last 40 years so we are familiar with production homes and the role of the field manager. He is the best. Super responsive, amazing attention to detail, and an excellent communicator. We feel privileged to have had him assist us. Thank you Del Webb/Pulte.
The construction went on schedule and quality is great. Everything works and fits. I highly recommend Pulte. Mortgage service is accurate and closing is smooth. All in all, very well done.
