Very professional and knowledgeable! Best realtor I ever encountered. David covered every aspect of the real estate market and was able to explain everything in layman terms. He does not see $$ dollar signs and instead ensures his clients reach their dream and goals of purchasing a home. Dave is also a US Army veteran, therefore his service to you will be honorable!
Buying a home is a huge decision and having David as our realtor was the best decision we could make. He goes above and beyond throughout the entire home buying process to make sure it is a happy and seamless one. Every question is answered in confidence and in full detail. He works hard to make sure you get everything you ask for. He even took it upon himself to reinforce the structure of some walls for decorating purposes. It was totally unexpected and incredibly appreciated. He doesn’t just see a sale, but wants to make sure you are happy even after you move in.
