1. Darwin was awesome! He was SO helpful, especially since we were first time home buyers. He always responded via text, email, phone call whatever, within minutes! He helped us close on a house within 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! It was amazing and he made it so easy.

2. I do not know about the whole Darwin Wall team, but I certainly know David Rose, the realtor and friend that helped us sell our home in Chandler. He was there for us when the termite exterminator and roofer came and we were out of town. He got a full-price offer the first day on the market! David is truthworthy and operates in his clients’ best interest. We highly recommend David Rose as a hard-working realtor to sell or buy your home.

4. I think this company needs a lesson in what boundaries are. I think it’s over the line when you come into neighborhoods and onto people’s property to leave your junk flyers on cars and private property.

5. Thanks to Darwin Wall I finally got my dream home!!!
   For months, he personally emailed me listings in the Ocotillo neighborhood that I wanted to live in… and then it happened, the home that was perfect! From the offer to closing, he handled every issue! Some issues that would have put the kabash on most deals, such as offer price higher than appraisal, Darwin got the seller to lower the price, also seller pay for 2 year home warranty and repair and paint garage floor! Thanks again Darwin Wall Team!!!
