I had months to find the perfect right home for me. Craig was thoughtful and patient. As we looked at residences for sale, Craig heard and understood my concerns. Communication lines were always open with him. Yes, at the perfect right time he found the perfect right home for me. I am looking forward to doing business with Craig again.
This is the second time we have worked with Craig. He sold our last house in 7 days for full list price. This time, he helped us choose a builder and went above and beyond making sure we got exactly what we wanted and what we paid for. We have never felt like we were just another transaction or another fee to collect with Craig. He truly cared about us as people and cared about finding us the right home for our family and lifestyle.
Craig was very helpful in selling our house while we were out of town. He kept the communication flowing and that helped set our minds at ease. He did what he said he was going to do and our house sold very quickly. We would highly recommend him.
Craig is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He works for his clients. During showing, he listened to our concerns/questions about the conditions of the house. He often chimed in his options/ suggestions which regard to our questions/ concerns. During closing, he helped/ walked us through paper work step by step and made the whole process painlessly done. We had a really good times with Craig. Highly recommended.
