Debbie Backus is the best! She immediately realised that the posted square footage of the rental property we were selling was not correct and asked an appraiser to remeasure. Sure enough, there was an additional 200 square feet that could be added to our listing and our price. We have bought two houses and land using Debbie as our realtor and we’ve been pleased with the results.

I spoke with a Peter Backus about lot pricing, school locations, and requested an in person meeting to look at some property. He was extremely rude, using offensive, pejorative language. I couldn’t believe the frequency of curse words used to answer my questions; it was a very awkward and intense conversation. When I asked to meet him he actually told me I was NOT worth his ______ing time and hung up the phone. I don’t know what I did to annoy him other than ask questions already answered on their website. I was very disturbed after our phone call and would not recommend purchasing anything from Peter Backus.
