Chad was an Amazing realtor! He was there for us at every corner of our buying experience. He anticipated problems we had run into and helped us solve them before they became an issue. He is honest and has great integrity. He was available for us at any time, always responding as soon as he could. He went above and beyond to give us the smoothest first time buying experience possible. If we ever go through it again, we will be using him.
Be careful, Chad Kamp has only two interests…himself and money. He is not renewing a friends lease as he can rent the property for more or at least I believe that’s the reason. My dear friend is a first time mother with a 7 month old and must be out in 30 days. When asked why he would not renew, his response was, in a nutshell, I don’t have to give you a reason just be out. Has anyone looked at the current market for rentals? It is extremely tough and rates are out of control! I pray she finds housing.
